OUR TEAM

Our Team is made up of seven high-schoolers all working together to complete our pump and to have our company run smooth. With a small team, our team has learned many things, especially time management as well as delegation.
Our goal in the midst of the project along with making the pump, is to work on and learn 21st-century skills.
Working on Critical thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, Communication, Information, Media, and Technology literacy, Flexibility, Leadership, Initiative, Productivity, and Social skills.
Our team has learned and grown so much from the beginning of the year, now feeling comfortable and confident going into the work field.
